You will be an integral member of the portfolio and marketing team, contributing to driving profitable growth across our well-known and loved brands.This role will be responsible for driving profitable growth and brand strategy for CSR Sugar and is key to ensuring CSR is integrated within both the Goodman Fielder and Sugar Australia business. This is a permanent position, reporting into the Marketing Manager for In-Home Baking.The who:You're a passionate marketing specialist who wants to make a real impact. An outstanding communicator, your open, curious and collaborative nature inspires others to drive towards delivering your vision.What you'll do:Be the CSR expert and lead, with deep knowledge and understanding of the category and competitive landscape.In alignment with the Marketing Manager, develop the 3-year strategic plan to drive portfolio growth & health, end user and purchaser preference across the Retail and Foodservice channels.Drive and execute the 3-year strategic plan.Drive and execute the communication plans, executing with brilliance in market.Drive the development of innovation plans for your portfolio.Broader marketing support for the wider Sugar Australia business across corporate communication, nutrition, Food and Beverage business etc.What you need:8+ years of brand marketing experience gained within the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.Degree qualified in a relevant discipline – Business, Marketing, Communications highly regarded.Proven experience in leading cross functional projects.Experience in leading NPD projects - commercial acumen highly regarded.Experience in brand equity, digital, social and Shopper activation campaigns highly regarded.Strong internal and external stakeholder management.Proficient with MS Office and Circana with strong numeracy skills.Strong communication, negotiation and organisational skills and a genuine passion for the consumer foods industry.Note, this role requires regular monthly travel to our Melbourne office.What to expect from us:With sites spanning across the Australasian and Asian regions, you can expect the opportunity to build your own home-grown career across functions, locations and brands.In return for your passion and success, we will reward you with a competitive remuneration package and help you to achieve personal and professional growth and development.
