Senior Brand Manager

to continue shaping and stewarding our brand's identity, working closely with our Founder & Creative Director and the CMO to shape the future of our brand.About the Role:As the

Senior Brand Manager , you will lead a small, dedicated team, driving brand strategy, creativity, and consistency across all touchpoints to foster brand loyalty, engagement, and support our continued growth. Your role will be pivotal in amplifying the unique essence of Grace Loves Lace and creating an enduring connection with our target audience.Strategic Brand Leadership:

Develop and execute a global brand strategy that aligns with business goals and resonates across regions.Team Leadership:

Inspire and mentor the Brand Marketing team, fostering creativity and collaboration.Brand Identity & Messaging:

Oversee visual identity, maintain an authentic brand voice, and ensure consistency across all channels.Content & Social Media:

Lead content creation, oversee social media strategy, and drive engagement.Campaigns & Events:

Plan and execute impactful campaigns, photoshoots, and events.Partnerships & PR:

Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and collaborators to expand brand reach.This is a

full-time head office-based role.

We are open to candidates willing to relocate to the Gold Coast.About You:We are looking for a results-driven professional with a passion for storytelling, branding, and leadership. You must be able to balance the creative and business/commercial aspects of this role effectively.
