About the RoleAs our Senior Brand Designer, you will oversee end-to-end brand development projects, crafting compelling visual identities and narratives that resonate across digital and physical touchpoints. You will collaborate with the Creative Director, provide mentorship to other designers, and directly impact the growth and success of our client brands.
Your work will involve:
Designing new brand identities for startups and rebranding established businesses. Developing comprehensive brand systems, including logos, colour palettes, typography, and application guidelines. Creating visual narratives and executing design projects from concept to completion. Collaborating with clients and internal teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Staying updated with design trends and driving innovation in your projects. Key Responsibilities Brand Development: Lead projects involving new brand identities, rebranding, and strategic brand evolution. Visual Identity: Craft logos, typography, colour systems, and design systems to establish unique brand voices. Project Execution: Manage design projects from inception to delivery, ensuring creativity and precision. Collaboration: Work with the Creative Director and provide creative direction to other designers. Client Interaction: Present concepts and articulate design strategies to stakeholders. Innovation: Keep abreast of design trends and tools to ensure cutting-edge deliverables. What You'll Bring Experience: 7+ years of brand design experience with a portfolio showcasing exceptional typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Technical Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with project management tools like ClickUp or Monday. Strategic Vision: Proven ability to create and execute brand identity projects and strategy-led design. Communication Skills: Excellence in client presentations and team collaboration. Desirable Skills: Knowledge of motion design, animation principles, and Australian market trends.
