Our staff have high levels of empowerment and accountability which are underpinned by a pragmatic, down-to-earth approach.iSelect is at an exciting point in its journey and we're looking for a talented and experienced Marketer to join the Brand and Customer division to support iSelect's growth agenda.What you do:As Senior Brand and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing the repositioning of the iSelect brand to deliver commercially focused and customer driven outcomes. You will develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy to enhance brand image, increase brand awareness, and build the company's profile and reputation in the Australia market. This includes managing broader brand campaigns, brand positioning, and brand messaging.You'll be the Brand guardian ensuring effective collaboration with the Digital Marketing, Product, vertical owners and other key stakeholders to ensure the repositioning of the iSelect brand is well understood and consistently executed across all relevant touchpoints.You'll be data and insights savvy, will track, report and measure key metrics to be able to validate performance.
