About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Senior Bookkeeper to manage and oversee the financial operations. In this pivotal role and your key responsibilities will include:
Conducting bank reconciliations and managing cash flow Overseeing hedging and foreign exchange activities Preparing and analysing sales and purchasing budgets Performing P&L reviews and conducting margin and variance analysis Managing inventory control and forecasting Reviewing expenditures to identify and implement cost-saving strategies Developing cost models for current and future projects Handling accounts payable and receivable Preparing month-end reports and evaluating performance for management discussions Managing payroll functions Preparing PBT and company tax returns About You: We're looking for someone who has:
Proven experience in bookkeeping or a similar finance role Proficiency with Xero accounting software Strong Excel skills and familiarity with the MS Office Suite A solid understanding of accounting and bookkeeping principles Exceptional attention to detail, with strong time management and organisational skills The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High accuracy in data entry and record-keeping What's on Offer?
