Bookkeeping & Small Practice Accounting (Accounting) You'll use your skills to assist our range of clients with their bookkeeping functions including reconciliations, accounts payable and payroll. Ideally you will be a senior bookkeeper, you will have 3-5 years bookkeeping experience and you will be experienced with XERO and MYOB. This is what you'll be working on: Bank reconciliations Day-to-day creditor and debtor data entry Regular reconciliations of Balance Sheet accounts Entering and processing a variety of payrolls EOFY Payroll Finalisation & STP Assisting in the Month End process BAS/IAS preparation Review and tidy of client data files in preparation for annual tax compliance and/or annual audits Transition of client files to Xero as required Provision of Xero software training to clients Responding to client bookkeeping and software queries Client billing Prepare, lodge and reconcile payroll tax returns, workcover annual returns General accounts administration support Maintain process notes and suggest ways that current processes may be automated or more efficient Opportunities to roll out new systems or improvements for clients Provide Training to more Junior bookkeepers About you You're a positive and flexible individual.
