We are seeking a dynamic Bookkeeper to join the Moore Australia team in Darwin.If you are looking for a challenge and able to work autonomously then this role would be ideal for you. Essential duties This is an exciting and challenging position that will suit an up and coming Bookkeeper with a focus on accounts receivable/payable and payroll processing for Moore Australia clients. You will be responsible for a broad range of Bookkeeping tasks including but not limited to: Prepare Profit and Loss and Balance Sheets using Xero and MYOB End to end payroll processing and reconciliations including superannuation, payroll tax and WorkCover Preparation of BAS/ IAS statements for review and lodgement Documenting and implementing systems to find efficiencies in bookkeeping processes Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients Requirements Minimum of 3years experience in a similar role Strong verbal and written communication skill Experience with add ons/ apps to streamline data entry procedures such as Receipt Bank, Hub Docs, Deputy and other AR/AP/ Payroll add ons/ apps Basic understanding of Awards and the interaction between minimum wages and classifications Basic understanding of Awards and the interaction between minimum wages and classifications Our Bookkeeper roleis a full-time position, however, we are a flexible organisation so open to part-time hours and/or school hours to enable work-life balance for the right candidate.
