Tasks will include but are not limited to: Providing bookkeeping services for a range of clients across multiple accounting platforms including MYOB, Xero and QuickBooks OnlineProcessing weekly and fortnightly payrolls for clients to set deadlinesAccounts receivable for clients, this may include contacting debtors and chasing up bad debtsAccounts payable, processing and matching payments for clientsSales Invoicing / debtor maintenance and setupBank transaction processing and reconciliationBAS and IAS preparationSuperannuation reconciliation and lodgementSoftware set up, integrations and client trainingThe successful candidate for this position will have the following: Skills & Experience A minimum 5 years Bookkeeping Experience in AustraliaHighly competent in the use of computers and integrated softwareExperience in at least one of the following:MYOBXeroQuickBooks OnlineProficient in MS OfficeReceipt Bank an advantageHigh accuracy of data entry and data managementPersonal Attributes Excellent communication skills – written and verbalTeam player and people orientatedIntegrity and a positive attitudeRobust problem-solving skillsMotivation to learn and grow within a team environmentSelf-driven, self-motivated, astute attention to detail and confident to work independently without constant supervisionBe an Australian ResidentThis is an opportunity to shape your career within an organisation that truly values their employees.
