Senior Bid Manager

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for the performance, planning, resource management, and coordinating the development of solution scope, the estimate and the proposal for service/project opportunities.
Manage sales costs for assigned opportunities against projected/estimated budget.
Leads bid response, functional system review, competitive comparison, and review for accurate estimates and new applications of technology.
Consult with Sales on pursuit strategy, analytics and models of success to maximize chances of winning.
Responsible for the strategy and execution of the response plan/schedule for assigned opportunities.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of bachelor's degree, equivalent Honeywell sales operations experience.
Experience working in a highly matrixed organization.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Proven ability to work on multiple projects/opportunities at one time.
