About the Role
As the Bid Coordinator, you'll work closely with the New Business Director and Marketing Lead, playing a pivotal role in creating winning tenders and proposals. Collaborating with the leadership team and project stakeholders, you'll ensure each submission reflects the company's high standards and unique capabilities.
Key Responsibilities: Lead Submission Processes: Manage the end-to-end coordination of bids, tenders, and proposals across public and private sector projects.Collaborate on Content: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather the content and technical details needed to create compelling submissions.Ensure Brand Excellence: Prepare proposals and EOIs that are aligned with the company's brand and values.Track & Analyse Success: Maintain a submission register to monitor outcomes and drive continuous improvement.Engage Stakeholders: Coordinate input from subconsultants, suppliers, and contractors to ensure comprehensive submissions. Ideally 2+ years of experience coordinating bids or tenders within architecture, building, property, construction, or professional services.Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.A qualification in business communications, marketing, or a construction-related field (or equivalent experience).Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines.Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative Suite.A detail-oriented approach and a positive, collaborative attitude.
