We currently have an opportunity for a full-time experienced Senior Batcher to provide relief cover to our batcher teams across our plants in Brisbane and the Gold Coast.
In this diverse position you will play a critical role in our business by ensuring customer expectations are met at all stages of our ordering & delivery processes. You will provide excellent customer service whilst taking orders, batch concrete to customer specifications and schedule and allocate deliveries to maximise the efficiency and utilisation of our concrete agitator trucks.

Responsibilities Represent the Hy-Tec brand and provide excellent phone-based customer serviceTake orders and finalise the sale of pre-mixed concrete for deliveryBatch concrete to specific mix designs via a computerised systemUse software packages to schedule rostering and truck movements for the regionEnsure Chain of Responsibility requirements are adhered to at all timesOrder raw materialsWhat you will need to succeed Previous experience in a similar rolePrevious experience in Command/Jonel batching systems (desired but not essential)Experienced Plant Operator (FEL preferred)Demonstrated ability to prioritise work effectively in an environment of constant changeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build rapport with diverse customersConfident when working with computersPlease note that full training will be provided for the right candidate.
