Botanica Bar are looking for some hospitality powerhouses to join our team!
About the Role:We pride ourselves on expert customer service and making every customer - whether they are in for a Bottomless session, lunch, a couple of drinks or a late-night boogie - we strive to make every interaction with our business a memorable one.
Our Senior team are the heart and soul of our business, serving as the vital connection between our team, our guests, and the broader goals of our organization. Your job as a Senior Bartender will be to lead by example and benchmark premium standards of: customer service/experience curation, positive and uplifting team culture, personal presentation, venue cleanliness, operational procedures, etc. You'll be required to run shifts, open and/or close the venue, perform till/POS reconciliation, and assist the management team in pushing the business to the next level.

Minimum Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role (or show a clear enthusiasm and aptitude to learn) and a positive/uplifting attitude. We're looking for someone who flourishes working in a fast-paced, team environment and is excited by the notion of guest interaction and building relationships with customers.
