Your job as a Senior Bartender will be to lead by example and benchmark premium standards of: customer service/experience curation, positive and uplifting team culture, personal presentation, venue cleanliness, operational procedures, etc. You'll be required to run shifts, open and/or close the venue, perform till/POS reconciliation, and assist the management team in pushing the business to the next level.About Us:Nestled in Salamanca Square, Botanica is the best place to create memories.
