Located in Mount Hawthorn, Stanford Barbers offers all aspects of traditional barbering in a modern, industrial style environment just 10 mins north of Perth City.
We are now seeking an experienced skilled barber who is passionate about their trade and has the desire to progress within this vibrant team.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the same role for at least 4 years, organizational skills, good communication skills, and excellent customer service skills.
Moreover, they should be someone who can confidently manage their time, work effectively on their own, and within a team.
Main duties include: Shampooing hair and conditioning scalps Cutting hair with the use of scissors and razors Shaving and trimming beards and moustaches Able to confidently use different techniques such as clipper work, scissor work, fading, tapering, texturising, beard sculpting, face shaves, and head shaves Advise clients on hair care, hairstyles, and beauty products Maintain company procedures regarding cash handling and record keeping while observing safety protocols during opening and closing of the salon Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the salon are up to standard If you would like to apply for the position, please send your cover letter and resume.
