Senior Banking Product Operations Analyst

The Role At Constantinople, we see our product operations group as a critical component of the overall banking proposition. This is not your typical customer support role; we are building a highly integrated end-to-end banking experience that automates most customer touch points. You will get involved in high-value interactions and be supported by world-class tooling. When you do find unsupported edge cases that require manual intervention, we want you to work with our engineering teams to either remove the root cause or automate the resolution.

What You'll Do Define, document, and implement day-to-day banking, product, financial crime, and fraud operation processes.Develop a deep understanding of end-to-end banking capabilities, processes, obligations, risks, and controls to initiate and drive continuous improvement across banking and product operations teams.Become a domain expert in a range of financial services areas such as payments, lending, and transaction banking processes.Engage in problem-solving to resolve issues through root cause analysis, then work with our engineering teams to improve customer experience.Monitor our application stack to identify potential issues before they impact our customers.Continuously look for opportunities to improve the overall customer experience. Who You Are Experience in frontline customer support in a highly technical environment, along with prior experience with banking propositions.Proven experience in documenting processes using banking process standards.Strong verbal and written communication skills.A multitasker and problem solver who takes responsibility for issues until they're resolved.A builder's mindset who is continually looking to improve upon the status quo.Experience with support tooling such as Storybook, Salesforce, Splunk, etc.
