Senior Banking & Ar Allocations Officer

The Opportunity

An open opportunity for an experienced Accounts Receivable professional to join a supportive organisation on a contract basis with a start date in the New Year. This role will be to assist with the management of the banking/allocations team based in Newcastle and helping detail with escalations, ensure the banking function operates smoothly on a day to day basis as well as liaising with key stakeholders. You will be supporting a stable but loyal team, and be quite hands on with data entry/payment allocations.

Position Details & Responsibilities Oversee team responsible for banking and cash allocation processes.Oversee daily cash flow activities, including the timely and accurate allocation of customer payments to appropriate accounts.Ensure the reconciliation of bank statements and manage cash balances for multiple accounts.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (including finance, operations, and customers) to resolve issues. #J-18808-Ljbffr
