Committed to doing their best work and constantly improve Friendly, punctual and presentable Able to work diligently solo or in a team Passionate about bread, cake and food in general Who are you? Detailed knowledge and experience mixing both sourdough and yeasted doughs using spiral and oblique mixers. Good touch, dough handling and shaping skills and a solid understanding of fermentation, proofing and recognising dough condition. Experience scoring and loading hearth loaves and baguettes. Excellent leadership skills, the ability to delegate effectively and drive the shift forward. Committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and attention to detail. What can we offer you? We are looking for a Senior Baker keen to primarily work our morning shift. Approx. 2am start according to position and production demands.
