The Company This Venue is a revamped wholesale/retail bakery serving the Limestone Coast, reopening its doors in September. Taking advantage of a 30-year baking history, under a new name, they will craft baked goods, serve specialty coffee, and fulfill orders for their wholesale customers. Each creation will reflect our commitment to quality and community, from rustic bread to indulgent pastries.

The Role As the Senior Baker at this Bakehouse, you'll support their bakery operations, establishing high-performing production processes to accommodate wholesale and retail baked goods. Your expertise in recipe development, quality control, and overall product excellence will be instrumental in shaping our menu and delighting our customers. Your strong kitchen management skills will be essential for success.
