About the team The Admin Experience Group is on a mission to revolutionise how large teams utilise and administrate Canva.
We deeply understand the needs of our diverse customers, ranging from classrooms to workplaces.
Our primary focus is to design new features that empower our users with flexible configuration and robust team management capabilities.

At the moment, this role is focused on Our team's core mission is to smoothly onboard millions of users onto Canva, placing them in appropriate groups within Canva Teams.
Additionally, we design intuitive interfaces for administrators to effortlessly manage these users at a large scale.
Our work is instrumental in Canva's success, driving forward its vision of making design accessible to all.
What you'll do Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand user onboarding requirements and designing scalable solutions. Integrate with 3rd party solutions to seamlessly onboard millions of users onto Canva's platform. Help the team to deliver a great user experience to administrators for managing large-scale user bases. Proactively identifying areas for optimisation and enhancement in the user provisioning process, contributing to continuous improvement efforts. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to the team's domain as and when they arise, and being part of the team's rostered on-call rotation. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve the domain owned by the team. What you bring Commercial experience in a software development environment, building scalable backend systems. Our code is in Java, so you will be comfortable with this commercially and able to take a coding round at a Senior level. Firmly grounded computer science and engineering fundamentals including concurrency, multithreading, data structures, solution design, architecture, and design patterns. Working collaboratively with team members and communicating optimally. Good writing and verbal communication skills. What's in it for you?
