The RoleAs a Senior Software Engineer, you'll be empowered to manage complex architectural decisions and drive change. You'll own the delivery of practical solutions to solve real-world problems for customers, with the knowledge that what you build has an immediate positive impact.

The TeamsAs part of our Engineering department, you'll join a cross-functional team and work alongside a co-located manager, product manager, and designer. You'll have direct access to customers and support from specialists in quality, SRE, and specific technologies. Check out some of the things we've been doing in our blog.
The customer-facing Analytics team sits across all the major products within SafetyCulture. Their mission is to empower SafetyCulture users to identify improvement opportunities, primarily by allowing them to see the data they want. Their projects include everything from ingesting large datasets, modeling and tuning the data, and providing rich (and customisable) visualizations in the form of dashboards and charts to users. Our vision is to make it easier for customers to not only configure rich and beautiful Analytics dashboards but to also provide them with insights, anomalies, and intelligent next-best actions to take.
