An exciting opportunity exists to join a small team responsible for leading culture assessments to understand and support driving culture change in ANZ. As a Senior Manager, your work is a critical input as the bank goes through transformational change.

Sitting within Internal Audit, you will have an enterprise view of the Bank and involves engaging with business leadership teams, delivering culture reviews with analysis and presentation of survey findings, conducting focus groups and behavioural interviews to present back as themes to the business for ownership and action.
What will you bring? To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Tertiary qualifications and a keen interest in organisational psychology, behavioural risk or a behavioural sciences. Previous experience in delivering culture reviews, understanding behavioural root cause or in risk culture areas. Strong stakeholder engagement and able to build internal relationships and networks. Strong analytical skills to interpret and identify themes from data. Able to present insights at all levels of the business in a logical, relevant and engaging way. Able to influence outcomes using business insight and data.. Able to adjust style to suit audience, self-aware and connects with empathy. Be curious and have a growth mindset.
