Brand Management (Marketing & Communications) As the Senior Attraction Consultant, you'll have a significant role in implementing the Northern Territory's Department of Education and Training's talent attraction strategy to promote the department as an employer of choice, focusing on attracting teachers, principals and allied health professionals to government schools.
Working in a small team, you'll be part of the Talent, Attraction and Recruitment branch at the Department of Education and Training which provides high-quality education and early childhood services to over 34,000 students across 153 schools.
In this role you'll: Develop and deliver targeted and considered attraction projects, programs, initiatives and lead generation and awareness campaigns.Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing material and write talent attraction copy to ensure consistent and compelling Teach in the Territory brand awareness, that strengthens engagement and leads to job applications.Plan and implement events such as online information sessions and attendance at career expos to generate awareness and strengthen engagement with prospective employees.Analyse data to make informed decisions, provide guidance and support to team members and across the department in relation to attraction strategies and tactics, and build and sustain partnerships with local and national stakeholders.About you: You'll have highly developed knowledge and experience in contemporary communications and marketing with proven ability to develop campaigns to build brand awareness, leading to stronger engagement, user experience and conversions.You'll have experience or knowledge of attraction practices and/or recruitment marketing, project management experience and demonstrated high level interpersonal and communication skills.In return you will be rewarded with a competitive salary package of $133,587 - $143,586 inclusive of 11.5% superannuation, 6 weeks recreational and 3 weeks personal leave per annum, 17.5% annual leave loading, 3-day shutdown at Christmas, negotiable flexible work arrangements, assistance with relocation costs, and an opportunity to experience the uniqueness of living in the Northern Territory.This is a great opportunity to join our high performing team and broaden your experience in the recruitment marketing and the attraction space.
