About the role
The Senior Assurance and Reliability Engineer provides leadership and expertise in engineering assurance throughout all project phases for the PTA network. This role involves ensuring project compliance with technical standards, managing risk, and implementing quality assurance through audits and reviews. The Engineer collaborates closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align objectives, maintain thorough project documentation, and facilitate smooth project transitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing asset readiness and entry-into-service procedures. Conducting reliability assessments. Implementing reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Creating and managing technical documentation. Supporting the Engineering Management (EM) process. Leading corrective actions for asset reliability issues. Driving continuous improvement by setting performance metrics. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet PTA standards and enhance project success. About You!
To excel in this role, you should possess:
Qualified engineer with expertise in multi-discipline technical knowledge, engineering assurance, system and reliability engineering, and safety standards for complex projects. Skilled in managing team performance and resources to deliver customer-focused outcomes. Strong interpersonal skills for building relationships, stakeholder consultation, and writing technical reports. Proficient in analysing complex issues, organizing teams, and using relevant software to meet targets. About Us
