Your role will work with 1st line and 2nd line business and technology risk teams across the bank to provide clarity and guidance on topics such as technology controls testing outcomes, key risk indicator analysis and remediation plans, emerging risks etc to reduce the bank's overall risk profile and support the Payments Technology Domain and related business divisions on understanding their risk profile and identifying opportunities for improvement.Role Type: Permanent, Full timeRole Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VICWhat will your day look like?As a Senior Assurance Analyst (Digital), you are accountable for:Operationalising and embedding of ANZ's Risk Management (Identify, Act and Monitor - I.AM) Framework within the Payments Technology DomainGenerating risk insights and driving actions via risk reporting and facilitating risk forums/workshops for the Payments Technology Domain.Providing assurance of quality and adequacy of technology risks, key risk indicator analysis and remediation plans, key technology controls testing outcome analysis, treatments, events, audit items, operational risk assessments etc as required.Leading technology risk and control reviews to ensure the robustness of controls and mitigate any potential risk.Uplifting risk awareness, culture, and risk-based decision making within the organization through training workshops, targeted risk engagement and routine communications.Improving governance and reporting of risks, issues, and actions via proactive engagement with payments technology and business stakeholders.Driving continuous improvement of risk and control practices.Providing risk and security consulting advice on risk and security related matters, and being the key contact for stakeholders seeking support from 1st line technology assurance.Attending and participating in, and assisting in the production of reporting for, risk committees and other forums as required.What will you bring?To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:Demonstrated knowledge of 1st line technology risk and information security processes, concepts, and industry standards.Sound understanding of control effectiveness assessment/testing, mitigation techniques and risk reporting requirements.Ability to analyse data to determine root cause of control deficiencies to enable meaningful discussions with business stakeholders around potential business impacts and identify process improvements.Ability to build collaborative working relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Growth mindset, ready to proactively engage and influence stakeholders and team members.Ability to synthesis information from multiple sources to produce meaningful reporting, insights and action plans.Ability to effectively communicate ideas in a consumable format with supporting action plans.Planning and prioritising what needs to be done in order to deliver upon user needs and strategic priorities. This includes identifying, planning for, tracking and resolving dependencies.Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs.You're not expected to have 100% of these skills.
