Your key responsibilities Leading fieldwork, leading client relationships, managing projects, coaching and mentoring more junior team members and keeping engagement leaders updated on progress and issues. Effectively designing and executing audit processes with appropriate consideration of audit risk issues and accounting technical matters, for example revenue recognition, fair value accounting, and long-term contracts. Engaging with client management and providing advice and professionalism throughout the year, including identification of areas for improvement in clients' business processes. Constantly developing your understanding of current market trends and processes and sharing your knowledge to develop junior colleagues. Understanding our clients' unique ambitions and needs to have a well-rounded view of business strategy and the audit risks associated. Accounting degree or qualification. Proven experience leading the planning, execution and reporting components of audits. An inquisitive mind, demonstrating curiosity to understand our team, our clients, and the business ecosystem. Proven track record with developing and maintaining team motivation and client relationships. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach. Current Australian security clearance, or the ability to obtain one. This is required to service Government audits. Australian citizenship is required to obtain an Australian Government security clearance.
