About the Role: In this role, you will join the award-winning Workplace Insurance team focusing on Employment Practice Liability matters led by a team of award-winning Principals. As a Senior Associate, prepare to: Champion clients in employment-related claims, offering expert advice and representation. Attend conciliation conferences and make your mark in the Fair Work Commission and other tribunals. Act as a trusted advisor on employment terms, conditions, and performance management. Craft and refine settlement agreements, employment contracts, and policies with precision and finesse. What We're Looking For: We're seeking candidates with previous exposure to EPL matters and a knack for forging strong relationships and communicating with impact.
