We are exclusively representing a specialist traffic consulting business (private) in their pursuit for a Senior Associate level Traffic Engineer to be based in Brisbane CBD.
We are looking for experienced engineers with strong abilities in TIA (traffic impact assessments) who are looking to work on a unique blend of council, renewable energy and developer projects. This is an incredible opportunity to work on a broad range of technically challenging projects as part of an organisation that is at the start of its journey.
With an existing team of 5 engineers in place, current secured workload and national growth plans, means that the time has come to welcome an Associate, who can support the Director and founder in leadership tasks.
If you are a Bachelor degree qualified Civil Engineer with experience working on traffic and transport consulting projects in Queensland, Australia - we would love to talk to you.
Your role will include:Specialised in public and private projects, namely complex traffic impact assessments.
A lengthy working history in local TIA's is required for this role.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge, nationally located, renewable energy projects.Experience in leading small teams to deliver multi-disciplinary projects.Road safety and access reviews and reporting.Mentoring of less experienced staff.Assist Director in identifying and securing national growth opportunities through projects.This really is a chance to make a difference and work as part of a high energy, fun (the office environment is fantastic) and collaborative team who are on a significant upward trajectory - effectively taking on a 2IC role.
