Responsibilities:
Leading workplace strategy and change management projects to ensure client goals and project financial targets are met Leading pitch presentations on workplace strategy, change management and the full Unispace methodology to win new business Delivering innovation in the way we conduct workplace strategy and change management through the deployment and development of best practice tools and methods Strategy resource allocation to emphasise winning design and delivery services through strategy Developing and managing key client relationships Building the Unispace brand locally to drive increased strategy and design opportunities with target clients Being an active part of our high performing, innovative strategy team, learning from peers and mentoring junior team members Driving collaboration across studio teams to enable the effective delivery of our Unispace methodology and building strong working relationships Implementing global and regional strategy standards/practices, processes and technology solutions across studios to enhance Unispace's global capability and effectiveness Your experience:
5+ years relevant workplace strategy and change management experience Experience in similar consultancy role Tertiary qualification desirable Hold a proven capability of delivering workplace projects Diverse breadth of workplace experience in scale and complexity Development and delivery of complex change management programs Pitching for success with high profile clients Experience in conducting quantitative and qualitative research and analysis Superior interpersonal, communication, presentation and facilitation skills Thorough understanding of workplace research, metrics and models e.g. activity-based working, etc. Project financial management exposure Thorough understanding of research methods, workplace models and change management approaches Understanding of organisation design and development models Team leadership and development Business acumen and entrepreneurship Client centricity What Do We Offer
