About the Role: The Strategy and Performance Senior Analyst in the CVO team drives customer retention, reduces churn, and increases value for AGL's residential and SME customers through data-driven strategies, propositions, and campaigns. The role involves tackling strategic challenges, analyzing complex data for actionable insights, and supporting decision-making, planning, and reporting while fostering collaboration across teams.
What you'll be doing: Strategic Development: Shape and refine the CVO roadmap, driving initiatives that deliver maximum customer and business value while aligning with organizational goals.
Performance Measurement & Optimization: Monitor strategic initiatives, track KPIs, and enhance dashboards to ensure visibility, data-driven decisions, and ongoing improvement.
Market Insights: Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and risks, keeping CVO strategies forward-thinking and customer-focused.
Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage analytics to generate insights that inform CVO performance, business planning, and long-term strategy.
Strategic Communication: Play a key role in shaping and presenting CVO performance and strategy to teams and leadership, influencing business direction and collaboration.
About you: Demonstrated experience in strategy and planning, preferably in the energy or regulated industry.
Proven experience in strategy, business planning, data analysis, and market research.
Strong financial modeling skills with proficiency in relevant software.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Experience in developing and maintaining comprehensive financial models.
