ALA LAW (formerly Amanda Little & Associates) is a boutique law firm with its central office located in Penrith.
We are a progressive firm looking for an innovative and hardworking Senior Solicitor who is experienced in all facets of Family Law.
The position is offered at Senior Associate, Special Counsel, and we will also consider Partner at the firm for the right candidate.
This position is for an experienced Family lawyer who wishes to progress in their career, be intellectually challenged and stimulated, and be surrounded by an amazing thinktank and collegiate atmosphere.
You will have full autonomy, be given opportunities for growth both personally and career-wise.
You will be involved in key stakeholder decisions and help shape the firm.
In addition, if you wish to practice across multiple jurisdictions, we also have a strong Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, and Property Law Practice.
We can accommodate a mixture of jurisdictions to keep you stimulated or just focus on Family Law!

You will have full autonomy and will report to the firm Partners.
You will be encouraged to show initiative, grow in your role, and be rewarded for your dedication.
Management of family law matters (both property and children);Attending and running mentions, interim hearings, dispute resolution conferences, and other court commitments;Preparing court documents;All other aspects of file management.Requisite formal qualifications: B LawsAdmission to the Supreme Court of New South Wales and High Court role.5 years post-admission experience; however, more experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.The ideal candidate will have: Ability to meet deadlines, excellent time management skills;Strong communication skills, both orally and written;Competent drafting skills;Confident and experienced Advocate;(Desirable) Family Law Accredited Specialisation or working towards;(Desirable) Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner;(Desirable) Experience in Conveyancing;(Desirable) Experience in Wills & Estates.If this sounds like you, please use the 'quick apply' button above.
