In this role, the successful candidate will be involved in a range of corporate/commercial matters including, but not limited to:Business acquisitions and disposals;Corporate advisory and governance matters;Commercial contract preparation;Joint ventures.With several others in the team, you will be responsible for growing the practice while also mentoring juniors in the team.
