The key responsibilities and requirements for this role are as follows; Responsibilities Advise clients on infrastructure and property development projects Provide general commercial and contract advice to property sector clients Assist with complex commercial sale and acquisition agreements Provide high end advice on large commercial and industrial leasing transactions Assist with business development and marketing initiatives Requirements 6+ years PQE gained within a reputable property practice Experience working on development projects, leasing transactions and sale & acquisitions PEXA expertise is highly regarded Excellent analytical, drafting and communication skills Exceptional client liaison skills The successful candidate will need to be an energetic, driven and focused individual with exceptional academic achievements.
