Our client is a prominent national law firm with a real estate team that is growing year-on-year and consistently recognised by its peers as a market leader. This trajectory has created the opportunity for a strategic new hire, to service a broad portfolio of commercial property work and help the Partners further unlock the growth potential of the practice.
The role
This opportunity will suit an ambitious real estate specialist, that is motivated to leverage the broad pipeline of work available to fast-track their development. Key responsibilities include:
Major leasing portfolios and capital transactions, including acquisitions and disposals of commercial, industrial and retail assets;Development projects across various asset classes;Project structuring and risk assessment;Managing clients, including major corporates, real estate funds and local authorities with significant property assets.About you
The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with:
4-8 years' PQE;Full-service commercial property experience, including bespoke leasing arrangements and complex property transactions;The ability to work autonomously and seek assistance when needed;Effective communication and stakeholder management skills;Strong attention to detail and excellent drafting skills;A pragmatic, commercial and outcomes-focused approach to delivering advice to clients.The successful candidate will be recognised with a competitive salary and benefits package, including generous learning and development options.
