Our real estate finance practice is market-leading, having been consistently ranked as 'Tier 1' by Chambers & Partners. We are a strategic adviser to all of the major Australian banks, international banks, investment banks, non-bank lenders, debt funds, global sponsors, private equity houses, sovereign wealth funds, corporates, REITs and government agencies in respect of their most complex and strategic real estate finance and capital transactions.
Your Role We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate to join the real estate finance team. You will be working on a broad range of real estate finance matters spanning secured and unsecured, (syndicated, club and bilateral facilities), both cross-border and domestic. The practice includes both real estate debt and equity transactions, including large syndicated financing transactions, CRE financing, development finance, non-bank lending transactions (including traditional senior debt, unitranche, A/B funding, mezzanine debt preferred equity), inbound investment, fund finance/subscription lines and real estate private equity. You will enjoy a fascinating variety of legal work as part of a collaborative national team.
You will be part of a close, supportive team working closely with Leigh De Jong and other leading real estate finance partners who will enable you to build your professional brand, team leadership and client skills.
