We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious corporate real estate lawyer at Associate or Senior Associate level to join our highly successful team dealing with the full spectrum of real estate transactions. Your work will span capital transactions, complex development projects of various asset classes including mixed-use precincts, renewables and build-to-rent, real estate joint ventures, and complex AFL and leasing.
Our client base has grown significantly in recent times and we are seeking proactive people with strong experience to join us.
You will work closely with highly experienced and well respected Partners Anthony Poynton, Carla Deluca, David Chin and their team. You will also have the opportunity to work with lawyers across our National Real Estate practice. The team is dedicated to the training and development of all team members, and will upskill you in the areas you may not yet have extensive experience in, or the areas you have a desire to learn.
What you need We welcome applications from real estate lawyers with 4-8 years PQE with experience in a reputable real estate team. We may also consider corporate / M&A candidates who have experience in corporate real estate transactions wishing branch into real estate transactions and development projects.
