Some flexibility to work from home. Role: You will be a highly experienced projects/construction lawyer at the Senior Associate level. The team has a focus in the energy transition and renewables space. You will be involved in project delivery, including development and construction related agreements such as EPC (using both FIDIC and domestic forms), construction contracts, equipment supply contracts, FEED/EPCM contracts, 'early contractor involvement' contracts, LTSA and O&M arrangements, alliance agreements, PPP/PFI's, and other related project agreements.
You will work on market-leading projects in a cohesive team, collaborating with 4 renowned partners. Enjoying complex, high-level work, you will have a commitment to the highest level of client service and enjoy supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
