The Senior Associate will play a crucial role in structuring, modelling and execution of complex financing transactions, working closely with the investment team to analyse opportunities to optimise deal structures.
The role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the firm while gaining exposure to a diverse range of industries and investment strategies.Responsibilities:Leading financial modelling and analysis for new investment opportunities, including cash flow projections, scenario analysis and sensitivity testing.Collaborate with the investment team to assess credit risk, negotiate terms and structure transactions.Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investments, evaluating financial statements, legal documentation and industry trends.Monitor portfolio performance and conduct ongoing analysis of the loan book.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, economics or related field.Minimum 3 years experience working within corporate lending for a bank or private credit fund.Experience structuring complex corporate transactions.Strong proficiency in financial modelling and analysis with advanced Excel skills.Deep understanding of corporate lending.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.This role provides the opportunity to join a leading private credit fund in a hands-on, high-profile role.
