About the roleThe practice enjoys a balance between top-level State Government and Council clients, and private sector clients. You will work on a wide range of matters for a sophisticated and growing client base. Types of matters you will work on include:
Land and Environment Court litigation;Advice on issues such as permissibility, statutory interpretation of planning instruments, development contributions, environmental law compliance, contamination;Drafting planning agreements and works in kind agreement.About youYou will have at least 5-6 years PAE, with a background in Land and Environment Court litigation, as well as excellent legal research, advisory and drafting skills. You will have a critical eye for detail, accuracy and precision in legal reasoning and writing.
