We have an exciting opportunity to join our busy and dynamic Planning & Environment practice in Sydney where you can take your career to the next level and make a real impact!Be part of a collaborative team offering exposure to a comprehensive range of planning and environment legal services.Work directly with our developer clients, providing them with expert legal advice and guidance on planning and environment matters.Represent our clients in the Land and Environment Court in Class 1, 3 and 4 of the Court's jurisdiction.Produce high-quality legal documents that meet the needs of our clients and adhere to regulatory requirements.Work alongside a leading Planning and Environment Law Principal and talented practitioners who are keen to share their knowledge.Be part of a law firm committed to your internal development and career progression.ABOUT YOUTo be the successful applicant, you will ideally have:5-8 years PQE and demonstrated experience as a Planning & Environment Lawyer.experience in litigious matters, particularly acting for Applicants in the Land and Environment Court in class 1, 3 and 4 matters.a passion for navigating complex legal landscapes.exceptional communication skills.a strong commitment to excellence in client service.You will also be:a strategic self-starter who is confident with business development skills.a team player who can take direction and is passionate about collaborative growth.a self-motivated individual capable of working independently, as required.The successful applicant will be required to undertake and satisfy a National Police Records Check.HOW TO APPLYWe only require your CV.
