Our team has worked on, and continues to work on, all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape and support Australia's energy transition.YOUR ROLEA great opportunity currently exists for an experienced front-end major projects, infrastructure, or renewable energy and resources lawyer at the Senior Associate or Associate level to join us. This role will focus on renewable energy and resources work and major infrastructure work (including PPPs). To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience. This work involves early-stage advisory work in structuring major projects as well as drafting and negotiating the documents for major renewable energy and resources or infrastructure projects. Experience advising on offtake contracts and the regulatory framework for energy will be beneficial.Major infrastructure projectsRenewable energy and resources projectsComplex high-profile construction mattersPPPsWHAT YOU NEEDWe welcome applications from lawyers with a minimum of 3 years PQE. Ideally, you will have major projects, renewable energy and resources, or infrastructure industry experience and are looking to cement your career in a Tier 1 practice.
