Our team has worked on, and continues to work on, all of the major deals which define and continue to change the built landscape and support Australia's energy transition.YOUR ROLEA great opportunity currently exists for an experienced front-end major projects, infrastructure, or renewable energy and resources lawyer at the Senior Associate or Associate level to join us. This role will focus on renewable energy and resources work and major infrastructure work (including PPPs). To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate solid front end / transactional construction and procurement experience. This work involves early-stage advisory work in structuring major projects as well as drafting and negotiating the documents for major renewable energy and resources or infrastructure projects.
