We currently have an opportunity for a Senior Associate to join our Risk and Operational Efficiency team with the Finance division. This pivotal role supports the Manager, Operational Efficiency in delivering the Operational Excellence program of works within T&EO Finance, contributing towards process efficiency. The Senior Associate also supports the leaders and teams to meet risk management and compliance accountabilities.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to: Continuously drive improvement to process performance and efficiency through the Operational Excellence programCollaborate with stakeholders to leverage the team to drive continuous improvement, manage change and standardise processes.Actively manages risks and compliance matters by ensuring day to day risks are identified and that risk events are escalated in accordance with policy and in a timely manner.Coordinates and contributes to Finance risk management reporting and provide commentary where requiredAnalysis of complex data sets to identify improvement opportunitiesPrepares effective visual management and communication What you will bring: Expertise in continuous improvementEnjoys working collaboratively and building positive relationships with a broad range of stakeholdersBackground in project management & delivery preferredExperience in risk managementAbility to turn complex and diverse results into readily understandable reportsUncompromising drive, passion, focus, and energy to help innovate and drive change.Tertiary qualified with a Degree in Business and preference to post graduate qualifications. Knowledge of Six Sigma desirable.
