Senior Associate/Manager (Economics), Advisory+Job Description Summary Job Description Our Advisory+ team is seeking a Senior Associate with an economics/finance background to join their team and support the growth of our advisory service line. Advisory+ is an APAC business recently established by Cushman & Wakefield, expanding our ability to support the most sophisticated clients on complex projects that move beyond traditional commercial real estate and into the economic, social, financial and commercial issues on broader built environment challenges.
This encompasses both social and governmental infrastructure, including sporting, education, justice, and transport assets. We also support our clients in mixed-use development, urban regeneration, and portfolio optimisation.
About the role: Utilising proficiency in both financial and economic domains to spearhead quantitative and qualitative analyses, aimed at augmenting decision-making processes for clients. Your contribution would support the development of business cases, cost benefit analysis, economic impact assessments, financial and cashflow modelling, demand modelling and feasibility assessments.Support and manage project engagements and proposals by working alongside team members to provide industry leading solutions for our clients.Guiding and mentoring junior team members to promote their professional growth and accelerate their career advancement, while prioritising their well-being.The ability to employ critical decision making when solving problems in an accurate and time-sensitive manner by leveraging analytical methods to offer bespoke, evidence backed recommendations to clients.Drafting and developing high quality documents, reports and presentations including infographics and pitch documents.Delivering strategic recommendations aligned with infrastructure including property and built form development strategies, emphasising value-for-money propositions for both private sector entities and government clientele.Leading the communication and project management between clients. We expect an ability to produce high quality deliverables that effectively communicate our advice in a professional manner.About you: Experience in feasibility studies, business case development and experience in built form across commercial, social infrastructure, justice and / or health would be considered advantageous.Experience in economic impact assessments, cost benefit analysis and financial appraisals and familiarity with the associated tools and models.Experience with identifying, manipulating and coordinating large datasets to support analyses.Understanding of government business case requirements and guidelines including sector specific guidance.Proven leadership and communication skills that are needed to lead and manage a project.Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
