Skills & Experience To be successful in this role, you will have:3+ years experience as a Senior Associate with solid dispute resolution experience A drive to provide outstanding service with attention to detail and problem solving skills Ambition and a proactive approach to your work and mentoring junior staff, be resilient and a self-starter The ability to interact confidently with our clients and build meaningful relationships The desire to work as part of close-knit, collaborative and high-performing team In our Major Projects and Construction practice, you will find: Partners with collaborative and supportive leadership styles, with a genuine understanding of flexibility and how to balance high performance with a down-to-earth and pragmatic approach to work and life.
