Senior Associate (M&A And Project Finance)

Following ongoing growth we're working with an M&A and Project Finance Advisory firm specialising in renewable energy, infrastructure, and natural resources transactions to hire for their team.
They're looking for a Senior Associate with 3-5 years of experience in Banking or Financial Advisory, particularly in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and Project Finance within the renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors.
Your role: Manage and execute M&A transactions, from initial due diligence through to closing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial analysis, valuation, and transaction documents.
Conduct financial modelling, including scenario analysis and sensitivity testing, to support decision-making and transaction structuring.
Prepare client presentations and investment memoranda that effectively communicate transaction opportunities, strategic rationale, and financial implications.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory developments, and market conditions affecting renewables, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors.
Your background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
3-5 years of experience in M&A, Project Finance, or Investment Banking with exposure to renewables, infrastructure, and/or natural resources sectors.
Strong financial modelling skills and proficiency in financial analysis and valuation techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in executing transactions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting senior team members in delivering comprehensive advisory services to our clients.
