Our Corporate Advisory team within Legal is expanding and we're looking for a Senior Associate (4+ years PQE) to join our vast community of solvers in Sydney or Melbourne.
The Corporate Advisory team within Legal brings our purpose to life by providing innovative, pragmatic and commercially savvy advice alongside our colleagues from across the PwC business.
Our corporate advisory work extends to working with founders, financial sponsors, major corporations and financial institutions, not-for-profit organisations and high-net-worth individuals.
In our Corporate Advisory team within Legal, your impact will be seen by: collaborating with commercial, financial, tax and other advisors from across the PwC business to provide clients with holistic solutions; delivering acquisitions, disposals and investments for a variety of clients across a range of different industries; providing technical advice on the Corporations Act (buy-backs, capital reductions, restructures, financial services advice) and the FIRB regime; drafting and negotiating SPAs, Private M&A, preparing transaction documents and commercial contracts; becoming a trusted adviser to our clients and engagement teams by providing expert guidance, constructive challenge and advice on complex and diverse legal and regulatory matters; contributing to team training, participating in internal & external conferences, developing thought leadership and contributing to team initiatives; and helping to mentor, and develop junior team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
