Job Description As an  Associate with Arcadia you will: manage a variety of projects of various scales and complete to budget and schedule; undertake and manage design and design development of projects; including site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing and specification writing; ensure consistent quality of deliverables is produced across the studio; undertake and assist general landscape architectural duties for projects including site inspections, cost planning, product sourcing, documentation, detailing and specification writing; provide invoice information accurately and in a timely fashion; develop team members; build positive relationships with clients – new & existing; project a positive image for the company through all areas of work; Identify improvements to our processes and ways of working. Desired Skills and Experience As an  Associate you have, or mostly have: well-developed technical skills in regards to design and construction techniques and programs; proven ability to train and mentor staff; team leadership and effective management of staff; ability to delegate tasks effectively to junior staff to achieve deadlines; strong time management skills to ensure jobs run to schedule; good communication and presentation skills (both written and oral); 8-12 years professional experience in landscape architecture; experience in staff and project management, including responsibility for managing projects successfully from concept to delivery.
