The Team Our Melbourne team, led by Partner Ben Hall, work across the insurance lines of General Liability and Professional Liability.
The work covers a broad range of insurance and commercial disputes including public liability, product liability, property damage, professional indemnity, directors & officers and management liability claims. The team acts for insurers, brokers, underwriters and claims companies, as well as corporate insureds.
The Position We are seeking a Senior Associate with strong professional liability experience to assist the team on significant class action matters across Australia. You will have 5+ years of post-admission experience across a broad ranged of professional liability matters, and the ability to demonstrate a strong legal grasp of key principles relevant to insurance.
You will also have excellent analytical skills, clear concise writing skills, and also the ability to meet tight deadlines. You are passionate about building strong client relationships and providing high quality service and advice.
