This role is a salary Grade 9/10, with the base salary for this role starting at $125,693 - $138,510 base plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

About the Role
The Senior Associate, Infrastructure Assurance provides strategic support and expertise to the delivery of built infrastructure programs and projects through assurance reviews.
This includes coordinating day-to-day activities, including managing review processes, establishing review panels, working with project steering committees, conducting research and analysis, finessing assurance reports, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and contributing to policy development.
Central to this position is the ability to lead assurance reviews, resolve complex issues, and identify and act upon emerging trends to maintain and improve outcomes.
Through expert analysis and synthesis of collated data, the development of actionable insights, and the cultivation of strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, this role is pivotal in driving project management improvements.
Some of the key accountabilities for the role include:

Prepare, research and produce timely and accurate reports that identify issues, trends and provide expert advice on recommended actions for implementation.
Build and maintain relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders facilitating data quality and supporting achievement of project and reporting outcomes.
Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day management of capability sourcing and fitness for portfolio of reviews and assurance committees and planning of events for the wider public and assurance community.
Assist in the design and development of policies, procedures, and evaluation reports on business cases.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Relevant tertiary qualifications or relevant experience.
Experience in infrastructure planning, development, procurement, or delivery.
Experience in Microsoft suite of products, in particular advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Demonstrated analytical and pro-active problem-solving skills to identify issues and develop solutions.
Excellent report writing and visual presentation design abilities.
