The work is high quality working for one of the leading insurance partners in NSW with clients based both domestically (Government and private sector) and internationally.Your main responsibilities will include:Oversee and manage a diverse caseload of claims, with a focus on matters involving insurance policy advice and coverage disputes.
Some of the matters include large catastrophic losses and class actions.Provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to junior lawyers, assisting in their professional growth and development.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings with expertise and confidence.Offer ongoing legal advice and support to clients throughout the entire litigation process.The successful candidate will be experienced in and enjoy working autonomously on matters while supervising and mentoring junior lawyers.
