Key Areas of Expertise Required:
Intellectual Property & Trade Marks: Advising clients on IP strategy, registration, and protection.Corporate Governance: Working closely with clients on corporate governance issues, regulatory compliance, and advisory work.Litigation: Managing disputes and representing clients in various commercial litigation matters.Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Involvement in transactional work including due diligence, negotiation, and execution of M&A deals.About You:
